aving had plenty of experience as renters in Eau Claire, husband and wife team Steve and Jessica Friederichs started Zafree Properties in 2008 with a goal to provide the type of quality housing and professional service that area residents deserve. They are committed not only to improving each property they own but also to enhancing the community in which they live and work.
